Loaded up with dill havarti, dill mayo and shredded & fried dill pickle, our 8-oz beef patty is dry-aged in-house, tenderizing and enhancing the flavours for the ultimate bite. Stacked on a brioche bun, finished with a dill pickle spear and a side of dill-seasoned hand-cut fries with dill aioli.

Our AGM Grace is passionate about pickles, and luckily, so is our Head Chef Kyle Campbell. If you’ve ever walked into The Barrington Steakhouse, you’ve seen the wall of pickled preserves that Chef keeps stocked up, displaying everything from pickled beets to spicy peppers to carrots, and of course, dill pickles.
