Our 6oz Grilled Beef Burger is done Sous Vide Style to Obtain the Perfect Temperature. The Bun is Smeared with a Dill Pickle Aioli, White Onion, Thinly Sliced Tomato and a Chiffonade of Lettuce. The Burger is Topped with Aged Cheddar and Hickory Smoked Bacon and House made Buttermilk Cajun Onion Rings (Bosun). We bake our Buns Topped With Chopped Hickory Bacon, Aged Cheddar and Crispy Fried Shallots. The Burger is served with Crispy Potato Wedges and a Side of Remoulade for Dipping.
