The Side Hustle Casse-Croûte makes its return Burger Bash 2026. For ten days only, we will once again transform into the beloved Quebec diner with a full menu of burgers, steamies, and poutine. This year’s feature is Le Bifthèque with Oulton’s beef, Swiss cheese, red onion marmalade, au poivre aioli, arugula and a brioche bun. Vegetarian, gluten free and vegan burgers will be available.
