Our Burger Bash special is a grass-fed beef patty/halal chicken seasoned with house blend spices and house-made beans. Veg patty option. Any burger comes with a side salad or fries.

The Garden Retreat Food Bar & Lounge is centrally located in downtown Halifax, at the corner of Clyde and Queen Streets. The restaurant/bar is illuminated by wall-to-wall windows, letting in an abundance of natural light, and our interiors feature exquisite, hand-crafted and imported materials from a variety of artifacts; a modern, open kitchen; and a lovely array of seating options, including locally-built hardwood tables, chairs and a playful set of swings as dining seats. We offer high-quality and curated lunch, dinner and brunch menus, and hand-crafted cocktails. Our space lends itself to special events, and we always host community and private events.

We are open Tuesday-Friday 11am-11pm, Sat & Sun 10am-11pm.
