The Apri-Hot Burger is the perfect blend of sweet, sour and spice!

We start with an Oulton’s fresh, all-beef patty and top it with a chutney comprised of stewed apricots, warm spices (clove and cinnamon) and apple cider vinegar. Accentuated with fresh jalapeno and our house hickory-smoked garlic aioli, emboldened with fresh-squeezed lemon and cracked black pepper. Finished with smoked gouda and served on our staple LF Bakery milk bun.

Tusket Falls Beer Project is a craft beer bar and restaurant located on Gottingen Street. We’re proud to pour our own beers, local cider and kombucha. We also have a selection of local wine and non-alcoholic options. We open at noon daily and close at 10pm Sunday through Wednesday, 11pm Thursday, and midnight Friday and Saturday.
